I've Got the Teaching Bug

2:41:00 PM

I've always known that I had teaching in my blood. My mom was a teacher in her native Argentina. As a child I wanted to be a teacher, a ballerina (little did I know that I would grow up to be a voluptuous 5'8" later on in life), a cartoonist and a guitar god(dess). I did manage to start a couple of bands so I got to fulfill part of my dream. Maybe I'll get back to playing guitar someday when I have the time and perhaps do a solo project.

My journey of 25 plus years in the fiber arts have led me full circle to realize my love for teaching the crafts of knitting and crochet. I'm a real sucker for seeing that light go on in someone's eyes when they finally learn and really get something. I love being responsible for igniting a passion for knitting and crochet in others.

If you or someone you know is interested in learning how to knit or crochet I'm available for online classes here. I also do in person instruction for those who live in the Philadelphia area. All fees and information about classes I currently offer can be found in the Service Details and FAQ sections here.

I will have a main webpage up soon with all this information and will post the link up on the right side of this blog.
